Weight Loss Day 18

Here we go! I have started doing 100 reps of various bodyweight exercises every day. I am still in the process of completing level one Soaring-Chi Yoga Hypnotherapy. I have also realized that I have to alternate the beets in my lunch juice, so that I dont over work my liver. I am still taking the Tribulus, and it seems to give me an extra edge in my daily workouts, or it could just be placebo. Time will tell! See you all tomorow loyal friends.
