Here is a new recipie to try. I picked some fresh mustard greens yesterday. Lets see how it tastes!

8 Large mustard green leaves

1 large handful of wheat grass

2 red apples

2 pink lady apples

1 green granny apple

2 satsuma oranges

Day 15

Half way through everyone! Im excited to start having smoothies every morning instead of these nasty cooked breakfasts.

I got to talk with the worlds most famous hypnotist the other day. I would never have thought that when I first picked up Tom Silvers Hypnosis Training Manuel 8 years ago, I would be talking with him for an hour on the phone :-) It looks like I will be helping him come up to Northern California to train people in his Scientific Hypnotherapy. Super exciting stuff!

Todays juice is the same as yesterdays because it was sooooo yummy! One modification though, I added a whole cutting of organic wheat grass today.

Day 10 Hot and Hypnotic!

I am excited today! I just bought the Omega Vert Juicer, and I highly recommend it to EVERYONE ;-)

Here is your juice for today. Careful though, its hot and healthy ;-)

1 large bunch of spinach

4 carrots

4 tomatoes

2 tomotillos

1/2 red onion

4 celery spears

2 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of cilantro

2 Jalapenos

Add some pulp back, burn your germs away, and enjoy!

Welcome to Day 7!

Wow, only one week in and I'm already planning for the next 30 days :-) Last night I looked at a bunch of juicing recipes, and it seems like I have made one major culinary mistake in the previous juices. I remember hearing Mario Batali say, they key to good Italian food is simplicity. Original Italian recipes use just a few spices and ingredients, so that all the flavors come through.  This will be the theme of the rest of these juice recipes..., simplicity.

2 green granny apples

1 hunk of ginger

2 tomatoes

1 large Cucumber

2 Oranges

1 Lemon

Add yummy pulp back to the mix after juicing and enjoy!

Day 3

Hi everyone! In case you were wondering what happened to me yesterday, I can explain in one word...., hangover. I usually don't drink anymore, but it was my old friends birthday. I only had 4 beers and woke up feeling nasty. I've Ndola quite a light weight since my days of being able to split a half gallon of liquor with one good friend. Anyhoo, let's get to why your here, our next recipe:

 1 big egg sized chunk of Ginger

 1 big handful of spinach

 1 lemon

 2 oranges

 1 big hunk of pineapple

 4 carrots

 1/2 cucumber

Add some of that yummy pulp back!

 At least a cup of pulp added back to fill the tummy :-)

Juicing Recipes Day 1

Hey everyone! Today we start with our recipes. Have fun juicing! Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

1 large handful of spinach

1 egg sized ginger root

4 celery stalks

1/2 cucumber

1 small tomato

4 large carrots

2 red apples

1 Fuji apple

1 green granny apple

1 whole lemon skin and all

1/4 navel orange skin on

1/2 C of the pulp (heavy on apple pulp) added back to the juice to fill the tummy for lunch ;-)

Last Day!!!

Skittle-dee-doo! We made it to the last day ladies and gentlemen :-D Tomorrow I start logging 30 days of juice recipes, then I will start 30 days of having smoothies for dinner, the next 30 days will log the recipes I use to make the smoothies, we will close the first portion of the Soaring-Chi diet with an explanation of the Default Diet I created last year, and then we will start working on the excessive portion of fitness. It is going to be a busy, but fun 2012. I have definitely decided to use Saturdays as a zero day (where I do nothing but relax) Talk with ya-all tomorrow :-)

2 Days Left!!!!!

Wow, wow, wow. I am a little amazed at myself for being here today. I have to say that committing myself to a blog has helped me get to where I am today. I remember back when I started to develop the 100% fitness plan. Every morning after I would complete my exercise for the day, I would brag to my girlfriend at the time about what I had done. After her and I broke up, all of a sudden I lost the motivation to exercise. The moral of this story is to let people who care know about your accomplishments. If you lose one of your motivational ears, s9imply go out and find someone else, just like I have found you :-) Thank you for being my motivational ear. Until tomorrow my loyal friends, but for now I must go make my lunch juice.

3 Days Left!

Hey everyone! I bet you were wondering what happened to me the last two days, well the answer is simple. I took two days off to celebrate the new year :-)  If you have noticed there have been a total of four days that I have taken off, and I think that is an important thing to talk about right now. Too often people give up on themselves because of one little setback. Instead of giving up on oneself, I believe it is important to get back on the horse every time a person falls off. The determination will transform into your success. I am also thinking about incorporating a zero day where I don't do anything. That day will be on Saturdays I am back on the horse today, and race ready. This morning I had my juice, and tonight I am making a yummy banana and peach smoothie for dinner. See you tomorrow loyal readers, and remember there is no such thing as failing just as long as you keep going, no matter what the setback may have been.
