Last Day!!!

Skittle-dee-doo! We made it to the last day ladies and gentlemen :-D Tomorrow I start logging 30 days of juice recipes, then I will start 30 days of having smoothies for dinner, the next 30 days will log the recipes I use to make the smoothies, we will close the first portion of the Soaring-Chi diet with an explanation of the Default Diet I created last year, and then we will start working on the excessive portion of fitness. It is going to be a busy, but fun 2012. I have definitely decided to use Saturdays as a zero day (where I do nothing but relax) Talk with ya-all tomorrow :-)
